On June 2nd I brought my vehicles to be serviced at your
store location in Gresham. My primary vehicle had been
stolen and needed to have the ignition replaced. In
addition I had just purchased a used vehicle from a tow
yard and it was mechanically unsafe shortly after
driving it.
I had called a
multitude of other service repair shops before I reached
your location to discuss the challenges with my
vehicles. Before reaching your location, I did not feel
that I was being treated in a professional manner and I
was fearful that I would not find a reputable mechanic
in the area to service my vehicles. Then, thankfully, I
reached John, who promptly and patiently took the time
to answer the myriad of questions I had at this time.
His knowledgeable customer service skills and prompt
reply to my multiple calls and concerns really provided
me with an immediate personalization and warm welcome
that I sincerely appreciate.
When I arrived that morning,
the crew was prepared for my arrival with a dedication I
rarely see anymore. Once my car was inspected I spoke
with John about the specific concerns I was having with
the vehicles. He assured me that all would be
professionally taken care of and really put my high
anxiety at ease. This was not an easy task for him as I
was a pretty intense and emotional customer on this day.
He did not take my obvious frustration with the vehicles
and abruptness personally. In fact, he was able to
comfort me in knowing that my car was in capable hands
and with added kindness that helped me feel a level of
trust. I felt that John took an honest and sincere
concern for my customer satisfaction and well-being
which truly was a sign of the great teamwork of the
employees at this location. Again, throughout the entire
process of working with my car, John kept me informed
and explained suggested repairs in full detail in ways
that I could easily understand.
Although they were busy also
working on my vehicles I wanted to acknowledge the other
mechanics and assistants working on my cars. One of
them, Norman McClure, was particularly helpful in this
situation as well. He clearly has pride in the work he
produces.
I want you to know that I am
very pleased with the quality of service your company
provides. I sincerely appreciate your teams'
responsiveness and the way they conduct business. I will
recommend your company to others because of my
satisfaction with your service. I look forward to doing
business with you for years to come.

I wanted to drop you a line to
thank you again for the great service and workmanship
you and your team provided to me. A few months ago I
came to you in a somewhat desperate situation with my
white Ford F150. You guys performed some significant
work on the top end of the engine on my truck. It was
amazing to me at that time how fast the work was
completed and the professionalism of the work performed.
I can tell you that since the work has been complete my
truck runs fantastic. Again thank you and please convey
my gratitude to your technicians who helped in
performing this job. Merry Christmas and have a happy
and prosperous new year.
